Gioiella's story is a story made of passion and cleverness, a family story. It was 1946, post-war, when the brothers Francesco and Sebastiano Capurso founded Gioiella. It was that intuition and that passion that brought the mozzarella form Gioia del Colle to tables throughout Italy. A journey that continues to involve us all today.

The secret of success is in the milk and the territory; our supply chain allows us to have a direct relationship with the farmers, control over the stables and above all, over the welfare of the animals. The milk we process is collected every day and subjected to strict controls in laboratories to guarantee safety and quality. Products such as burrata are now our core business, typically Apulian, exquisite pouches of mozzarella with a soft and delicate heart of cream and shreds; PDO mozzarella, processed with ancient wisdom, is the result of this commitment.

And then our “Cuor di Gioiella” milk cream, scamorza, stracciatelle, the smoked ones, are all the goodies in which 100% Italian milk becomes the principal ingredient to create excellence. We listen to new needs and turn them into cheese whose delicacy, freshness, aroma, taste and texture offer an unparalleled experience. Among Gioiella's points of strength there are undoubtedly its historicity and tradition, 100% Italian milk, the direct supply chain and full traceability, high quality standards, certified production processes and, last but not least, environmental and local sustainability policies. This last is the challenge of the third generation, the commitment to a changing world, research, innovation and impact on the environment. Gioiella was not born by chance, it is the result of a strong identity linked to the lifestyles belonging to our territory.

The Così Com'è brand is dedicated to a very high quality of fresh cherry tomatoes. Among these, special attention is paid to datterini tomatoes, characterized by a degree of sweetness and taste so intense that they can also be consumed completely raw, without adding seasonings and with great pleasure for the palate.

 

As it is, tomatoes offer the highest quality and naturalness thanks to careful checks along the entire supply chain: from the seed, to the soil, through irrigation, up to harvesting and processing. The tomatoes as it is are only those grown by Finagricola, in its 300 hectares of land, in the fertile and sunny Piana del Sele.

 

All this makes the Così Com'è cherry tomatoes an indispensable product for those looking for the excellence of simple flavors, ready to be interpreted in a healthy and contemporary cuisine.

We were born at the end of the 80s with a passion for pizza and the desire to teach the profession of pizza making by combining a scientific teaching approach, aimed at continuous research into the most modern methodologies, with the passion for putting "your hands in the dough".

Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli was among the first to develop the courses, combining the practical part with the theoretical part: a serious and professional approach to a profession which, due to its complexity, requires study, application and passion.

Our lessons enable those who wish to become a pizza chef to make dough based on the recipes disclosed during the courses, but also and above all to achieve awareness of the different results that can be obtained based on desired variations (for example the choice of flours or mixing method). Furthermore, we teach how to deal with unexpected events which are an integral part of the dynamic activity of the pizza chef.
